Training in SOCIAL GRACES addresses “soft skills” that crucial set of skills and abilities that smooth interactions between individuals and groups such as: interacting with your peers and your boss; developing critical conversations; business meeting protocol; business etiquette; body language; handling tough questions; electronic communication; workplace behaviors; business dining; team problem solving; and understanding other cultures.

Training in BUSINESS PROTOCOLS includes resolving conflict; leadership training for supervisors and above; coaching employees to peak performance; workplace etiquette; and global business strategies.

Our PROBLEM SOLVING STRATEGY SESSIONS are customized hands on seminars with intact teams to solve organizational problems with creative techniques.

Our COACHING programs offer individual and team coaching.

The EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM is a leadership training program for teens and young adults. It is an age appropriate approach to integrating Social Graces and Business Protocols.
